A family history
A generational legacy
For three generations, our family has welcomed you to this establishment which has retained its authenticity and charm.
Built on the ruins of the old tobacco factory by the architect Georges Feray, Grand Prix de Rome, the Hotel Aguado is not only a hotel but also a place where one comes to recharge one's batteries, to exchange ideas around literary meetings... A place out of time to appreciate the present moment.
Our sponsorship
Creativity at the heart of our values
The Aguado Hotel has been a patron of the Dieppe National Stage (DSN) and the prestigious Bach Academy Early Music Festival for 30 years. It has also been a partner of the Diep haven Festival and the Dieppe Canadian Film Festival since their creation.
Sustainable development
An ecological commitment
My grandfather was already involved in the search for renewable energies in the middle of the last century. He passed on to us his commitment to protecting the planet.
Hotel Aguado's priority has always been the quality of its products.
For example, we chose to entrust the restoration of the furniture to local upholsterers whenever possible. The same applies to the bathrooms, where the original tiles were restored by master craftsmen.
We have also chosen not to air-condition the hotel due to our geographical position which allows us to ventilate the hotel naturally.
